Service conditions.
Residential bin washing, degreasing, sanitizing, and deodorizing at your service address in Northern Virginia.
Keep your bins accessible
Leave the bins included in your booking curbside or in the agreed accessible area on your confirmed cleaning day. Please provide any gate code or access instructions when booking. You do not need to be home if we can access your bins.
We recommend scheduling service after your regular trash collection and leaving your bins empty whenever possible.
If household trash remains
If ordinary household trash remains and can be handled safely, our driver will place it in a large, heavy-duty bag supplied by BinGlow at no additional charge. The bag will be securely closed and left beside your bins within your property, and the bins will be left clean and empty.
Bagging does not include transporting or disposing of waste. The bag and its contents remain the property owner’s responsibility.
We do not handle liquids, sharp objects, hazardous materials, or waste that is too heavy to move safely. If these prevent cleaning, the driver will contact you before proceeding.
Weather and BinGlow schedule changes
If weather prevents us from working safely, we will contact you to arrange another cleaning date at no additional cost. Your paid cleaning remains available.
If BinGlow cancels a visit, we will also reschedule without an additional charge and preserve your paid cleaning.
Membership billing and cancellation
Monthly Membership includes one cleaning of each selected bin per month. Biweekly Membership includes two cleanings of each selected bin per month. Both memberships renew and are billed monthly through Square. One-Time Cleaning is a single payment with no recurring membership.
You may cancel your membership anytime without a cancellation fee. Complete the cancellation before your next billing date to prevent renewal. All remaining cleanings in the already-paid billing period stay included.
